R3 SPG Forum 2025

The R3 SPG Forum 2025 is the flagship conference for sole insolvency practitioners and those working in small practices. Members of the Serle Court insolvency team, including Lance Ashworth KC, Matthew Morrison KC, Rob Mundy KC and Giselle McGowan, will be giving a talk titled “My time to shine! – The giving of evidence by office-holders” on Thursday, 20 November from 12:15 – 12:55.

This interactive session, featuring mock witness examinations by our members, will provide insights as to the giving of effective written and oral evidence, and the avoidance of potential pitfalls.

Senior Practice Manager, Arron Snipe will be accompanying our barristers. If you would like to arrange a meeting with our members or with Arron, please get in touch by emailing us at:asnipe@serlecourt.co.uk
