#SerleShare – Is IPR litigation good for the world?

#SerleShare – In response to World Intellectual Property 2021, Serle Court’s IP barristers have authored a two-part SerleShare.

Part 2 of the series, by Stephanie Wickenden titled “Is IPR litigation good for the world?”, addresses the question of whether if subsistence of IPRs is good for the world, does it follow that enforcement of those rights is also good for the world? Stephanie highlights that it is not just lawyers who are interested in the questions of whether IP rights are “good”, due to the growing use of online news and social media outlets by the public, allowing them to express their own views.
