The 1st Phoenix Mediation Forum
Professor Suzanne Rab will be speaking at the 1st Phoenix Mediation Forum on Tuesday, 17 December 2019. The event is for lawyers, ADR experts, and other professionals to come together and discuss the growing mainstreaming of mediation across legal systems and its regulatory consequences.
Suzanne, alongside Mr Kevin Brown PhD(c), will speak about the mainstreaming of meditation and the potential of regulating its procedural aspects and the practice of mediators.
