The fast and the furious: Recent developments and strategies on injunctive relief in cross-border litigation and enforcement

Serle Court is excited to partner with Browne Jacobson to present “The fast and the furious: Recent developments and strategies on injunctive relief in cross-border litigation and enforcement” at LIDW 2026.
The session will address recent developments (including leading cases in which the speakers have been involved) on injunctions. The speakers will discuss:
- protective and freezing injunctions to preserve assets in cross-border litigation;
- anti-suit injunctions (including in support of arbitration agreements after the UK Supreme Court decision in UniCredit v RusChemAlliance) and anti-enforcement injunctions; and
- strategic considerations.
The session will have a multi-jurisdictional focus and draw on the speakers’ experience across different regions such as England, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean, with a discussion of the interplay between strategic goals and available remedies.
