The Trust & Estates Litigation Forum 2019

Serle Court are proud to sponsor The Trust & Estates Litigation Forum 2019 which will take place on 7-9 March 2019 at Hotel Camiral in Girona, Spain. The conference, written and directed by LegalWeek’s leading Advisory Board, will discuss recent contentious trust proceedings from across the globe.

Dakis Hagen QC is a co-chair of the conference and will provide the welcome at 14:15 on Thursday 7 March as well as the closing remarks at the end of the conference, alongside Nicholas Holland (McDermott Will & Emery). Elizabeth Jones QC will be part of a panel discussing 'Trustees and their chequebooks: Developments in the law of breach of trust' at 14:30 alongside Shân Warnock-Smith QC (ICT Chambers, UK) and Jeremy Kosky (Clifford Chance, UK). On Friday 8 March, Prof Jonathan Harris QC (Hon.) will be part of a panel discussing 'Enforcement of judgments post- Brexit' at 11:10 alongside Sir Richard Aikens (Brick Court Chambers) and Mark Barmes (Lenz & Staehelin).
