Transcontinental Trusts: Bermuda – 12th Annual Conference

Serle Court is pleased to sponsor the upcoming Transcontinental Trusts: Bermuda Conference held by Informa Connect. 

As part of this year’s programme, James Weale KC will be speaking on Thursday, 18 June from 16:35-17:20 on a panel discussing “Intergenerational Trauma in Wealth Succession and Disputes”. This session will examine how trauma related conflicts arise and what solutions are available. James will be joined by Fozeia Rana-Fahy (MJM) and Nicholas Jacob (Forsters). 

Richard Wilson KC, Zahler Bryan and Sparsh Garg will also be attending the conference, in addition to Practice Director Nick Hockney who will accompany our barristers.
