Commercial Series III: Fraud & Arbitration

Following the success of the first two seminars in the series, members of Serle Court are delighted to announce the third seminar in our commercial series which will focus on Fraud & Arbitration.  The seminar will take place on Thursday, 26 September 2019 in chambers. The discussion will be chaired by leading Commercial Silk, Zoe O'Sullivan QC. The panel speakers, Jennifer Haywood, James Mather and Sophia Hurst will discuss recent English and BVI cases on arbitration awards procured by fraud and court powers exercisable in support of arbitration, which are often particularly helpful in fraud claims.

We would be delighted if you could join us for what we hope will be a thought-provoking seminar, designed to be of real practical benefit to those at the coal face of commercial litigation and arbitration.

Registration will begin at 17:45, with the seminar commencing at 18:00.  We invite our guests to join members of chambers for some drinks and canapés from 19:00.
