Equitable interest – the Court of Appeal decision in Watson v Kea Investments Ltd [2019] 4 W.L.R 145

Serle Court is holding a seminar on Wednesday, 19th February 2020 which will cover the basis on which equitable interest is awarded in trust and fraud cases in the light of the recent Court of Appeal decision in Watson v Kea Investments, and what the decision means for claims against trustees, constructive trustees, and fraudsters. The seminar will be given by Elizabeth Jones QC, Paul Adams, and James Brightwell, who were all involved in the appeal.
