CITMA Spring Conference

Location: Online

The CITMA Spring Conference is back, and will be taking place across Thursday, 25th, and Friday, 26th March 2021. This year's conference will focus on gaining an insight into the impact of Brexit on Intellectual Property and the profession.

Michael Edenborough QC will be joining Peter Brownlow (Bird & Bird) and Professor Philip Johnson (Cardiff Law School) on a panel session, on Friday, 26th March at 12:20 PM. The session will discuss "What's going to happen next? Looking at a post-Brexit future" and will address a host of potentially contentious issues, such as revocation, bad faith, jurisdiction, contractual terms, redundancy of registrations (especially with the new cloned rights) and how the judges will respond to the changing landscape.
