Serle Court is delighted that we will be co-hosting a session with HFW during Dubai Arbitration Week. On Thursday 16 November from 4pm-7pm (UTC +4) at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC, Nick Braganza and Rupert Reed KC will chair the event ‘Enforcement Trends in the UAE: Seizing assets and getting awards paid'. Zoe O'Sullivan KC and Gregor Hogan will present on the panel along with a range of speakers from HFW.
