Join the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn for a dicussion on 'State Aid in Challenging Times' led by expert panellists James Rivett QC from Pump Court Tax and Professor Suzanne Rab from Serle Court.

This is an opportunity to learn more about:

  • The challenges presented by COVID-19 to the EU State aid regime
  • The future of subsidy control in the UK post-Brexit, including how State aid regulation will operate at the national level
  • The role of the CMA and the interplay between State aid and future free trade agreements.
