Mediating Group Actions
On 14 November 2023, Paul Johnson, Mediator & Barrister, was kindly invited by Pogust Goodhead to speak to lawyers in the London office, and online to lawyers in its offices internationally. The core focus of the presentation was how to use and approach mediation in the resolution of group actions.
Paul was able to draw on his experience of both mediating and litigating group action litigation and disputes with large numbers of litigants.
It was great to listen to the new generation of lawyers involved in group actions.
Mediation is now an integral part of the dispute resolution landscape and applies to all types of disputes, irrespective of scale and complexity.
