Fraud claim is front page news

Major national newspapers have reported on the high-value fraud case of Isbilen v Turk & Others because of a connection with Prince Andrew, the Duke of York. The story appeared on the front pages of The Daily Telegraph, the Daily Mail and the Guardian (as well as being reported in many other news outlets).

Dan McCourt Fritz and Tim Benham-Mirando, instructed by Peters & Peters, act for the Claimant, Mrs Isbilen. Andrew Gurr has assisted on the matter whilst on secondment with Peters & Peters and will continue to work on the case. 

The proceedings are also of note as Mrs Isbilen has obtained a litany of exceptional interim remedies such as a passport order, an order for cross-examination and a search order. The claim is ongoing.
