John Machell QC and Dan McCourt Fritz (assisted by John Eldridge and Andrew Gurr) instructed by Kennedys, acted for the protector who took the lead in successfully resisting the appeal of SJTC against various first instance orders made by Subair-Williams J including its removal as de facto or de jure trustee.
