Minority Shareholders: Law, Practice and Procedure - Review

The fifth edition of Minority Shareholders: Law, Practice and Procedure has been reviewed by the Law Society Gazette.

The review notes that “This book is an excellent guide to the law concerning minority shareholders and the legal remedies available to them” which is “suitable for both experienced practitioners and those new to the subject”. It also notes that “Thorough guidance is provided to this ever-evolving area of law, helpfully linking statutory obligations to common law principles” and that the book is “without doubt an indispensable reference guide for legal practitioners which is both comprehensive in its content and of great practical application.”

Minority Shareholders: Law, Practice and Procedure, which is published by Oxford University Press, was written by Victor Joffe QC of Temple Chambers Hong Kong (formerly of Serle Court) and David Drake, Giles Richardson, Daniel Lightman and Tim Collingwood of Serle Court.
