Serle Court x DIFC Academy | DIFC Laws & Courts Procedures

We are excited to announce that Serle Court has partnered with DIFC Academy to deliver a number of lectures covering DIFC Courts Procedure. This course will serve as part of the DIFC Laws Certificate Programme. 

The DIFC Laws & Courts Procedures course is a series of lectures presented by Experts and Specialists from the DIFC Academy School of Law, comprising senior partners from leading global legal firms, including Rupert Reed KC, Zoe O'Sullivan KC, Gregor Hogan and Max Marenbon. This series aims to provide education and training on the DIFC Laws and DIFC Courts Procedures to civil law lawyers, DIFC Courts practitioners, Emirati advocates, In-house counsels and other professionals whose work involve exposure to common law systems and jurisdictions. 

The DIFC Laws & Courts Procedures course will run from 6 May, 05:00 PM to 14 July, 07:00 PM. The course will be delivered as a blend of hybrid and in-person.
