The Lawyer Top 20 Cases of 2017

The Lawyer has published its Top 20 Cases of 2017 and 4 Serle Court barristers are named in 2 of the cases ranked in the “Top 10”.

Philip Marshall QC and James Mather are instructed on behalf of the Part 20 defendant in Ecclestone and Bambino Holdings v Bayerische Landesbank which is scheduled for an eight week Commercial Court trial in June.

David Blayney QC and Simon Hattan are instructed, along with Zahler Bryan and Adrian de Froment, on behalf of the defendant in RBS Shareholders Action Group v RBS, a 25 week trial in the Chancery Division which commences in April.
