R3 Business Lunch 2023

We are delighted that members of chambers will be attending the R3 Business Lunch this year, taking place on Friday, 6th October 2023 at the Royal Lancaster London.

The R3 Business Lunch is the perfect opportunity for members of the profession to network with colleagues from all areas of the insolvency and restructuring community.

Barristers Lance Ashworth KC, Matthew Morrison, Jennifer Meech and Jamie Randall will be attending the lunch along with Practice Director, Nick Hockney. 

At Serle Court, our members undertake work in all areas of restructuring and insolvency, from large corporate insolvencies to personal bankruptcy cases.  Insolvency litigation involving allegations of fraud is a key area of strength, drawing on chambers' expertise in civil fraud matters. Chambers is also well known for company law, trusts, property and professional negligence work and our barristers are uniquely placed to assist when these practice areas overlap with insolvency or restructuring issues.
