Rupert Reed KC and Zoe O'Sullivan KC will be speaking at ThoughtLeaders4 FIRE Middle East on Monday, 14th November. Serle Court is co-sponsoring the drinks reception alongside PCB Byrne LLP at the Shangri-La Hotel on Monday 14 November.
During this year’s Dubai Arbitration Week programme, Zoe O'Sullivan KC will be speaking at Mahmood Hussain Law Firm's event titled, "When Bankruptcy and Arbitration Meets – An International and Comparative Law Perspective" on Monday, 14th November 2022 at the Waldorf Astoria, DIFC, Dubai.
Rupert Reed KC and Gregor Hogan will join Paul Stothard and Aarti Thadani (Norton Rose Fulbright) and Ali Alhashmi (Global Law Advocates PLLC) to explore the ever-important question of ‘what clients want’ and examine the enforcement of arbitration awards and costs in the UAE.
