1975 Act Breakfast Seminar

Serle Court members will be delivering a Breakfast Seminar on 1975 Act on Tuesday, 15 October 2019.

The speakers are; Constance McDonnell QC, Jennifer Haywood, James Weale and Gregor Hogan. The session will be chaired by Richard Wilson QC.

The topics to be covered are; What’s been happening since Ilott v Mitson? (Constance McDonnell QC), The reasonableness of provision by way of an interest under a trust (Jennifer Haywood), Interim applications under s.5 of the 1975 Act (James Weale) and Cases on claims out of time? (Gregor Hogan). 

The seminar will commence at 8:30 am and last for an hour, including time for questions. The members of Serle Court invite you to join them at 8:00 am for registration and breakfast.
