34th ICC FraudNet Conference: Sanctions, Fraud and Asset Recovery in a Turbulent World

We are delighted that James Mather and Dan McCourt Fritz will both be speaking at the 34th ICC FraudNet Conference: Sanctions, Fraud and Asset Recovery in a Turbulent World taking place in Limassol, Cyprus on Friday, 6th May.

James Mather will be speaking at 10:25 AM on Part 3: Sanctions - A New Paradigm for Offshore Asset Recovery? panel alongside Michele Caratsch (Baldi & Caratsch), Joe Wielebinski (Winstead PC), Emmanuel Kaspereit (Archipel), and Martin Kenney (Martin Kenney & Co).

Dan McCourt Fritz will moderate the 11:15 AM session on Part 4: Insolvency and sanctions: Who's first, creditor or the State? Management of sanctioned entity with Joe Wielebinski (Winstead PC), John Greenfield (Carey Olsen), Emmanuel Kaspereit (Archipel) and Anthony Riem (PCB Byrne).  

Lance Ashworth QC and Andrew Moran QC will be attending the conference and the networking sessions.
