It offers incisive coverage of section 994 petitions, derivative claims, just and equitable winding-up petitions, the foreign aspects of shareholder disputes, shareholders' personal claims against companies and the rights conferred on them by the Companies Act 2006.

The seventh edition examines all significant recent case law from the UK, as well as case law from the courts of other jurisdictions with analogous shareholder provisions, in particular Hong Kong, Singapore and the Caribbean.
