Trusts in Litigation

Serle Court is pleased to sponsor the upcoming Trusts in Litigation conference from ConTrA and Informa Connect. 

The 8th edition promises a fresh and timely programme covering a broad array of issues in trust litigation. Alongside some of the most senior and knowledgeable figures in the field, this conference proudly offers a platform for industry rising stars with a speaker line-up focusing on the next generation of partners and new and future KCs. Amongst them, Gregor Hogan will be speaking on Thursday, 20 March from 10:30 - 11: 10 AM. 

Gregor will be speaking on a panel titled: 'Salus Populi Suprema Est Lex: Are there any limits to interim relief?' This discussion will touch on topics such as:

  • Limits (or not) to courts fashioning injunctions
  • E.g. provision of information, interim accounts and appointment of receivers
  • Broad Idea v. Convoy Collateral, Re G (Court of Protection) and Garofalo v. Crisp)

Gregor will speak alongside Jessica Lavelle (XXIV Old Buildings) and Ami Sweeney (Grant Thornton).
