Hot Topics in Insolvency – Wednesday 19 September 2018

The 'Hot Topics' will include Director's Duties when Insolvency Looms and CVAs in the Retail Sector and will be covered by Lance Ashworth QC, Matthew Morrison and James Mather. The seminar will be chaired by Elizabeth Jones QC.

The seminar will commence at 5.30pm and will last for an hour and a half, including time allowed for questions. The members of Serle Court invite you to join them after the seminar for drinks and canapés.
