The Governance of Charitable Companies Seminar

Serle Court are holding a seminar on 'The Governance of Charitable Companies'. 

The decision in CIFF has raised issues about the extent to which charitable companies are different from private companies. This seminar will cover the implications of that decision, how the law might in future be developed (possibly by the Supreme Court in CIFF itself), and wider charity law aspects of corporate governance.
