Dubai Seminars 2022: DIFC practice, procedure & recent developments

On Tuesday, 31st May our barristers will present a series of talks on ‘DIFC practice, procedure and recent developments’ from 5:45 PM at the Ritz Carlton, DIFC.  The talks will be followed by a drinks reception at 7:00 PM.

The programme includes topics from four of Serle Court’s distinguished barristers:

  • Jurisdiction of the DIFC Court to make freezing orders in support of foreign proceedings, including general consideration of the nature of a freezing order as explained in the Privy Council’s authoritative decision in the case of Broad Idea.
