Trust & Estates Litigation Forum 2022

Trust & Estates Litigation Forum 2022 will take place on 14-16 March 2022 in Cologne, Germany.  We are delighted that this year Serle Court is the Leisure Activity Sponsor at the conference and we look forward to accompanying our colleagues.

The conference is written and directed by the Global Elite’s leading Advisory Board with the guidance of its chairs, Dakis Hagen QC (Serle Court) and Nicholas Holland (McDermott Will & Emery).  It is an opportunity for trust and estate litigators to gather, connect and discuss recent contentious trust proceedings from across the globe.

Dakis Hagen QC and Nicholas Holland will be opening the conference at 13:30 on Monday, 14th March and at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, 15th March.

Richard Wilson QC will be discussing 'Privilege in International Disputes' alongside Geoff Kertesz, (Stewarts), Mark Barmes (Lenz & Staehelin) from 14:25-15:05 PM on Monday, 14th March.

Elizabeth Jones QC is speaking at 16:10-16:50 PM on 'Attacks on Trusts: Where Are We Now?' alongside Graeme Kleiner, (Charles Russell Speechlys), Hector Robinson QC, (Mourant Ozannes) and Jenny McKeown, (Stephenson Harwood).
