Serle Court publishes its 22nd edition of SerleSpeak

SerleSpeak no.22 focuses on topics in Civil Procedure, beginning with Richard Walford examining the court's innovative development of ancillary orders in the persuit of alleged fraudsters. Dan McCourt Fritz and James Weale both consider recent developments in the law relating to secuirty costs. Stephanie Thompson looks at when it may be possible for a claimant in a civil fraud claim to obtain access to documents arising out of a parallel criminal investigation.
