‘Excellent from top to tail’ says Chambers Global 2019

Chambers and Partners has now published its 2019 edition of Chambers Global noting that Serle Court is a "key player in the chancery market that is 'excellent from top to tail' ".  The directory recognises our international presence reaching to the Middle East and the Far East, commenting on our barristers' expertise in offshore cases, and major pieces of litigation such as, Hagen v Hagen and Glenn v Watson.

In addition to appearing in the Bahamas, Bermuda, the BVI, the Cayman Islands and the Channel Islands, members of chambers have also developed practices offshore, in Hong Kong and China.  Sources describe our members as "very au fait with offshore work; they understand the nuances which are required in these cases."

We are lucky enough to have a clerking team experienced in dealing with the practicalities of offshore instructions; "They understand offshore issues and the realities of tackling international instructions."

"This is a set that has an abundance of counsel with in-depth expertise who represent good value for money."
