Serle Court Achieves Top Tier Ranking in The Legal 500 Caribbean 2025: The English Bar Offshore

Serle Court is delighted to have once again achieved top-tier recognition in The Legal 500 Caribbean 2025: The English Bar Offshore, with an impressive 35 individual recommendations across three practice areas. Our chambers received set rankings in Trusts & Private Wealth (Tier 1) and Commercial Disputes (Tier 2), reflecting our strengths across key practice areas. Congratulations also to Paul Chaisty KC and Oliver Jones for their new rankings this year. Referees highlighted Paul’s rigorous approach, noting that “Paul approaches matters in a deeply methodical way, balancing measured consideration with forceful arguments. He commands the attention of the court.” Oliver was commended as a “go-to junior in contentious trusts work,” appreciated for his skill in “getting to the nub of issues very quickly” and offering “measured but astute advice, while exercising judgement beyond his call.”

In addition to her ranking in 'Trusts and Private Wealth' and 'Commerical Disputes', Ruth Jordan was further recognised for 'Other Expertise', with referees stating that “Ruth takes a commercial approach and is easy to work with. She is straightforward, clear, and concise in her advice, and she is always very punctual in her delivery.
