
We are delighted to announce our 2019 half-day Property Conference 'Trouble at Mall' will take place on Tuesday 25th June. The practical, scenario based conference showcases Chambers' expertise in real property, landlord & tenant and also in related areas of law.
Confirmed speakers include, Lance Ashworth QC, Christopher Stoner QC, Michael Edenborough QC, Hugh Norbury QC, Andrew Francis, Andrew Bruce, Thomas Braithwaite, Matthew Morrison, Dan McCourt Fritz, Amy Proferes, Eleni Dinenis and Gregor Hogan.
The conference will include a session dedicated to real property matters and another dedicated to landlord and tenant issues. Particular topics covered will include restrictive covenants, mortgage possession actions, CVAs, goodwill, mortgage fraud, charging orders and frustration of leases.
We are also delighted that Chief Master Marsh will give a keynote address on the current Disclosure Pilot in the Business and Property Courts.
Registration will take place at 13:15, followed by a networking lunch at 13:30. The conference will start at 14:15.
